13. Termination
13.1. Kodansha International has the right to terminate your ability to access the Service, for any reason, without notice.

14.1. The information that you provide about yourself to Kodansha International will only be used by Kodansha International in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy does not apply to third party sites.

15. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
15.1. You agree that this Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. You also agree, subject to the following clause, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim or matter arising under this Agreement.
15.2. For the exclusive benefit of Kodansha International Kodansha International shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence.

16.1. This Agreement is the complete and entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral.
16.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
16.3. Failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
